What we won’t do

TopBurb doesn’t do paid partnerships, affiliate deals, or sponsored content. We don’t sell lead data or accept commissions from developers or buyer’s agents. If you were hoping to pitch one of these, we’ll politely decline.

What we do consider:

  • Podcast appearances — especially if the audience is property-investor-focused
  • Data collaborations — academic research, journalism, non-commercial analysis
  • Integration partnerships — other tools serving property investors where data exchange makes sense
